Bapu also read all earlier lines and explained the meaning. Hemadpant desired to explain Sai Baba's character to all people. He wished to to put it forward as a historian -meaning whatever he has seen by his own eyes, experienced himself - to say as it is but not as any scholar.
Bapu then talked about HIS Aim and Objectives. HE said we should aim high but also choose small steps to reach there otherwise they will just remain dreams. Choose such steps that we can climb properly. Bapu illustrated with example of Snake and Ladders game. We can reach step 98 out of 100 but there is snake at this step and we have to come down to start again from step 1.
It is not our own fault but there are obstacles in our path about which we are unaware. But HE knows about it.
Bapu said when something like this happens then one should not feel dejected. Instead you must start to play the game again. If someone is 70 years old, they will think - how is it possible?
but do not think of age as a stopping factor, in fact nothing should form your obstacle any more.
… just start from where you are and what you have …GOD is there - have this firm belief and restart again.
MahaVishnu asks Manu - after taking fish avataar - "when to save you"? the answer is - when everything is finished.

Bapu narrated a wonderful story here of his own grandmother - mother's mother or we call Nani.
Nani had 4 cousin sisters- one of them had a 19-20 year old daughter. She gets her married but her husband has TB and he dies because of it.Because the daughter had also taken care of him, she also gets TB and dies as well. They have one daughter - who is approx. 1.5 years old, because of parents, she also gets TB. In those days, there were no medicines so the grand mother of this child (Bapu's nani's cousin) takes her abroad and cures her well and brings her back. When the child grows old, she gets married to a lawyer and has 2 kids - one boy and one girl but suddenly the parents both die in an accident.Now the 2 kids have grown up and they take care of their grandmother, whose age is 68-70. This time Bapu's Nani meets her and says , "now you stay with us"
At that time her cousin says, "No, but as long as I can move around well, just give me your company, give me some work to do." Bapu's father's friend who is also a doctor - his mother is 58 years old and had paralysis so he is in need of such a woman who would take care of his mother, talk with her and give her company so this cousin gets a job over there.
She also gets the great grandson married appropriately then they say, "please come and stay with us", but she refuses to go with them atfirst but because they insist hard so she goes with them. They give her all pleasures. even take her abroad - satisfy all her desires also.
Bapu says that Mother never accepted defeat, her own brother in law had robbed her of all money, her daughter and son in law had died, her daughters kids also died- she was little bit angry with GOD when her daughter died...became an atheist, but when the grand daughter dies, looking at her kids, she says these words automatically, "O GOd now please YOU only take care of these kids"
that's all. And then Bapu's Nani took care of them.
So help can come in any form as long as you have faith in God ! She took Gods name and Bapu's Nani went there to help her out.
Bapu said, those things that we don't understand BABA understands them very well. When all roads are closed for us, Baba will open at least one door... ONLY God can love us without any condition no one else.
There is always some reason behind when anyone loves a person but GOD is different. HE does not expect anything from us because HE thinks us as HIS own relatives and HE loves to LOVE people.
Sai LOVES TO LOVE !!!
Do not think that why would GOD love me? We must continue with our way of showing bhakti but ONLY THIS SHOULD BE DONE WITH PURE HEART.When we offer Naivedya - prayer offerings, we must firmly believe that GOD will partake of it definitely.
Why does Sai love me? we should NEVER think like this, is it because I read Saicharitra every day or is it because I go every month to Shirdi? and hence he loves me - we should not think like this.
We should only accept the HELP sent to us by HIM and increase our capacity to do so and this capacity will increase only with PURE DEVOTION.We should keep doing GunaSankirtan all the time.
Bapu said Gunasankirtan is not a big deal.Only we should remember that my GOD is very loving and caring for me all time, this is Gunasankirtan, that's all..
No matter how weak we are , how helpless we are Sai will come to our help, he will lift us from our problems, but only then when I have done all my efforts properly - from the heart.
This GOD and HIS Mother helps us only when we have given our 100% effort.
When all human efforts are complete, GODs plan begins.....
Bapu said just remember one thing in life my Sai Loves me because he LOVES TO LOVE US !!!
