Holi at Sainiwas ~ 26 March 2013

Like every year, this year also Bapu visited Sai Niwas in Bandra, Mumbai on the auspicious occasion of Holi.
Sai Niwas is the holy residence of the Dhabolkar family. Hemadpant had written the Sai Charita from here.
In the Sai Satcharita, Hemadpant had written that one night Bapu had appeared in his dreams and told him that he would come to his residence on Holi Day. He waited anxiously all morning but there was no sign of Sai Baba. Then suddenly around noon, when the family was due to serve lunch, two men arrived  unannounced at the door. They carried with them Baba's photograph.
Baba had kept his promise to his devotee.
Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu keeps the tradition by going to Sai Niwas every Holi day around noon.
After going up to the main residence, Bapu's Charan Pujan was done by the Dhabolkar family.
Bapu then came down and sat down in the courtyard , which was beautifully decorated so all the devotees who had come there could receive his blessings.
Experience the bliss of being there through these pictures.

Wishing Suchit Dada and Samir Dada an Aniruddhamaya Birthday!

Many happy wishes for the day to both P.P. Suchitdada and P.P. Samirdada.

I have never met P.P. Samirdada in person but had the privilege of meeting P.P. Suchitdada twice - although very briefly.
On both occasions, it felt very inspirational as the first thing that strikes anyone is - his pleasant personality and his infinite humility as well.
In the recent past, I was going through real difficult times, especially as I had lost my job and was trying very hard to find one. I have a lot of work experience but for various reasons, it was proving to be a real struggle to get an appropriate job.
Living in London is also another challenge given the dire situation of the western economy and also the expensive standard of living in the city.
At this time, I approached one of our Bapu bhaktas in Mumbai to ask Dada for a  solution.
Dada suggested to read Dattabawani 3 times a day and assured me that everything will be alright.
That in itself, was a tremendous morale boost for me so I followed HIS advice and slowly things began to change and eventually I got a temporary job for a couple of months.
There are thousands of such stories from bhaktas all over the world about how P.P. Suchitdada and P.P. Samirdada have helped Bapubhaktas in various distressing situation and shown the righteous way towards our karma.
It is also very inspirational to hear and read about the Kolhapur medical camp - about how P.P. Nanda-aai and P.P. Suchit dada were there welcoming people and guiding them.
P.P. Bapu's love and affection towards him is very well known and reminds one of how Shri Saibaba showered with similar affection on Shri Madhavrao Deshpande (Shama).
I also had the privilege of attending the Adhiveshan from 2011a Gurupournima- where P.P. Samirdada provided guidance to thousands of people who attended the gathering. Again, his style impressed me a lot as it is very simple, straight forward and touches the  heart. He spoke a lot about Sai Sat Charitra and it shows very clearly about his command on the topic.
Our Bapu has once referred to him as the First Rishi on Earth and this is very clear after listening to his eloquent yet inspirational speech. It was very structured as he provided guidance in 10 points very clearly illustrating with various examples from Shri Sai Sat Charitra - Why is our Bapu performing Tapascharya? How we should increase our bhakti (devotion)?
He also mentioned how P.P. Suchit dada and P.P. Nanda aai are working together relentless and selflessly, so much so, that they have insisted not to have their photos in any office at Happy home. Aaye's presence at the occasion was very graceful and it feels so much at home even when you get a glance from distance.
This has inspired me to start writing Ram naam books since that time and used my down time (while I was not in job) to write Ramnaam books. At first, I was scared since I had not written books for a long time - almost after my college days but once I began writing, it was a real pleasure and also induced spiritual thoughts in my minds.

We all know our Bapu as MahaVishnu but it is also clear that HIS MahaShesh is always with HIM.
P.P. Suchitdada and P.P. Samirdada are showing us the path to devotion so
we can only salute them and wish real heartfelt love on their birthday and strive to work on the path shown to us.
The path to Ramrajya is full of obstacles and difficulties - as Sai baba once said, "It is only your Sadguru who will help you reach your destination".
So let us follow guidance from P.P. Suchit dada and P.P. Samirdada so that we can reach our destination of Ramrajya in style.

Gunasankirtan at London Centre

Everyone was absolutely excited when Vaibhavsinh Karnik conveyed that there is a very special Gunasankirtan opportunity for the London Upasana Kendra as one of bappas beloved bhaktas is travelling to London for some official work.
Finally, on 16th March 2013 the day came when the London Upasana Kendra bhaktas got a golden opportunity to listen to the Gunasankirtan of our beloved Sadguru Dr. Aniruddha D Joshi from none other than Monaliveera Mahajan who has experienced Bappa’s, Aai’s and Dada’s grace since very early days when his discourse used to happen at Sai Samartha Vyam Mandir - Dadar.
Monaliveera is a very nice speaker, understanding that the London bhaktas get very less opportunity to hear about Bapu she rightly started with describing as to who was bapu and his journey towards being a sadguru by narrating the beautiful experience of Appasaheb Dabholkar and Meena Vahini getting the darshan of Shree Sainath from Bapu at Sainiwas - Bandra.

Further, she discussed on the 13 point program of our sanstha, describing in detail various points of the program and how we can contribute to it by taking part in various sevas. The gunasankirtan progressed with monaliveeras experience of Aatmabal the exact role of Aai on how she strengthens and empowers women and teaches them the actual way of life.
She touched on the points of Jugaad Innovation and how It would be very useful in the difficult times to come, finally she described about bapus voracious reading ability to keep him abreast with the latest happenings in the world
It was really a wonderful experience listening to the gunasankirtan by monaliveera which certainly raised our morale to do more seva and achieve the target of RamRajya by 2025, we pray to the lotus feet of our beloved bapu for giving us this wonderful opportunity and we wish that such instances happen again and again at our centre.
Jai Jai Aniruddha Hari..!!

Faith and Belief - Aamcha Bapu !

Aamcha Bapu Aamchaya Saathi Halu Halu Sagla Kahi Neet Karat Aahe!

48 years on earth, most of it pretty good ( Ambadnya), but some of it bad and its when the bad happens that you wonder, especially when you are an innocent bystander, why me? That's when you can either sink into a never ending swirl of self pity, despair, remorse or find strength in faith. Faith in your God, Sadguru, Ishwar,...
For my family, but most importantly for me, it was Bapu and our faith in him that brought us out of 2012( annus horribilus as the Queen once famously said), with our spirits high and our belief intact. Events that we could only consider distant dreams became reality and today when I look back,  " even the 'bad' that happened, happened for a reason. The reason is certainly not evident when it happens, as you can only feel yourself getting sucked into a sea of despair, but when its past you and when you have survived the storm, you will realise that whatever happens, happens for a reason, you need to have the strength to focus on dealing with it and getting on. That strength comes through prayers and a single minded belief that your Sadguru will take care of you.
Jai Jai Aniruddha Hari!
