Upasana - The Importance ~ What Bapu Said

Like all sundays, we converged at the Laxmi Narayan Temple in Hounslow for our upasana this evening.
Today I felt the positive vibrations and the strength of our collective prayers.
It is nice to remind ourselves regularly of what Bapu expects of us and how we should behave and conduct ourselves as Bapu devotees.

Our Param Pujya Sadaguru Bapu has given us these 9 guidelines (Maapdand) and we should always remember them,
1) Say the Ahnik twice daily.
2) Learn by heart, Ahnik, Ramrakshya , Sadguru aarti, Sadguru chalisa, Hanuman chalisa and Datta Bavani
4) Write atleast 1 Ram Naam book in 4 months.
5) We should not be rude to our co workers. If someone does a mistake, we should tell them gently and softly but not insult. Do not hurt anyone purposely. If you make a mistake, be ready to accept and improve.
6) During upasana, nobody should think, he or she is above the upasana or think that they do not need the upasana.
7) Those who work with their true heart is more important than the person who is just talking.
8) In this universe, no one should think that "I" am the greatest and that no one can do upasana like "me".
9) Never leave upasana without taking Charansparsh and without Prasad.

Bapu said that if anyone does not follow these 9 rules, then he will not have anything to do with them.
