Ram Navmi Celebrations !

Ram Navmi which was on the 19th April 2013 was celebrated with great fervor and devotion in all the Aniruddha Bapu centres all over the world and especially in Mumbai where Bapu's presence blessed all the devotees.

In London we celebrated Ram Navmi at the Laxmi Narayan Temple in Hounslow. Arranging the photos and decorating the stage for the cradle and the padukas itself got us all very excited and happy. We started the event at 10 am with the chanting of the Ram Rakshya stotra. That set the blissful mood for the day which lasted until 5 pm.
We then had the "palna" ceremony which is the naming ceremony for Baby Ram.

Then Jyotiveera sang the palna song beautifully . We all then chanted the Gurukshetra Mantra five times. After the serving of the prasad to all the devotees who had assembled in the temple, we continued with our joyous ceremony.

Singing the Hanuman Chalisa, the Aniruddha Chalisa to the accompaniment of the dholak and the cymbals we were all in bliss.

Nandarmana Aniruddha Aniruddha, Aniruddha!

After the aarti of Bapu and Chandika Maata we prostrated before the padukas and then sat down again for the gajar session. We were also happy to receive a few devotees who were drawn to our prayers and came to join us and learn more about Sadguru Aniruddha Bapu. There were also Bapu devotees who came per chance to the temple on this auspicious occasion and were excited to have the opportunity to take the blessings of the Padukas. We were joined for the first time by  Prachiveera who came all the way from Leeds for the event. Amabdnya!
We are Ambadnya to Bapu for giving us this day and showing us the path of Bhakti.
Jai Jai Aniuruddha Hari!
